Q. What size photo strips do you print?
A. We can print 2×6 or 4×6 strips and can go up to 6×8 for a little extra $.

Q. Do the guests receive a copy?
A. Yes, they do. We are one of the few companies that provide a print for each guest in the booth/picture, so 10 people in the booth = 10 copies (2×6 prints only).

Q. Does the host receive digital copy of the photos?
A. Yes, we upload all the photos to our website for viewing and free download (gallery can be password protected upon request). You can also purchase a DVD with all the photos and get them at your event.

Q. Can you customize the photo strips with our name or logo?
A. Yes we can we can create a custom graphic or use your ready logo, just let us know what you want it to say.

Q. Are your booths enclosed or open style?
A. We provide either an enclosed or open style, whichever your heart desires.

Q. Do you provide props?
A. Yes! We have a large selection of props. Our prop box includes: silly hats, wigs, masks, glasses, signs. And can provide custom props to fit your theme upon request.

Q. Do you provide background options?
A. Yes, we have different colors to choose from, and can also make a custom background for a little extra $.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we require a 50% deposit, so we can lock in a booth for you.

Q. Is there additional cost for travel?
A. Usually no, but there are some instances where there is one. But don’t worry, we will let you know if there are any travel fees before you book.

Q. Are there any hidden fees?
A. No. We are all about letting you know the prices before you book. In fact, the prices you see on the website include all applicable taxes and fees.

Q. Do you come in advance for setup?
A. Yes, we arrive 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the start time of your rental time. First 45 minutes is the main setup, after that it’s all technical tune-ups to get the pictures looking great.

Q. Do you offer Idle/down time?
A. Yes, we do. We can be at your venue when you need us there. There’s a charge per hour for idle time, you can find it on our pricing page. Idle time gives you flexibility in case you need use setup early or you want to close the booth during dinner and reopen after.

Q. Do you offer green screen?
A. Yes, we do.

Q. How much space does the booth take up?
A. The booth is 6 feet by 5 feet, if you order a scrapbook, the table is an additional 4 feet by 2 feet.

Q. Do you offer scrapbook?
A. Yes, we offer a 12×12 inch scrapbook with 10 double sided pages, additional pages can be added.

Q. How many people fit in the booth?
A. Our enclosed booth fits 6-8 people comfortably and our record is 17! The open air booth fits 8 and up easily, depending on the background size.

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes, we offer 5% discount for all military, senior, and public service workers. Don’t forget to like our Facebook page, so you’re first to know about our specials.
